About
A small crew that does its own estimates
Blia Her runs the firm. She picks up the phone, walks the property and writes the estimate, and the same four people do the work.
We started with gutters because that's where the water trouble shows first, then added roofs for the customers who needed the whole edge done. We keep the crew small so the person who wrote the number is the person on the ladder.
