Services
Everything the roof edge needs
Gutters are most of our work. Roofs come second, and the two are done together when it saves you a visit.
Seamless gutters
Formed from one piece of metal at your house, cut to the length of each run.
Vinyl, aluminum, steel or copper
Five-inch or six-inch, sized to the roof
Hidden hangers
Cleaning and repair
Debris cleared, runs flushed, seams resealed, loose hangers reset.
A photo of what came out
Downspouts checked end to end
Leaf guards
Added to a run that's sound. We don't put guards over a gutter that's already failing.
Priced per foot, on the estimate
Downspouts and drainage
Elbows and extensions that carry water away from the wall.
Splash blocks and buried drain lines are priced on the estimate
Fascia and soffit
The board behind the gutter, replaced where the wood has gone soft.
Found and priced before the new gutter goes up
Roof replacement
Asphalt shingle or standing seam metal, with the gutters in the same visit.
Tear-off and haul-away
Deck checked, with a per-sheet price for bad decking
Roof repair
Flashing, pipe boots, lifted shingles, a leak at a chimney.
We say when a repair is enough
Ice dam steaming
Ice that has already built up, taken off with steam, never chipped.
In winter, when the ice is there
The attic is looked at too, because that's the cause
About the work
Do you work on barns and sheds?
Yes. Outbuildings are gutters and roofs like any other, and we price them on the same estimate as the house.
Can you do just one side of the house?
Yes. We'll say if the other side is likely to follow, so you can plan for it.
Do you pull permits?
Where your township or village asks for one, the permit is listed on your estimate and handled by us.
Want it written down?
Send the address and a photo, and we'll set a time to walk the house.
